What help do you need? To complain about this company to USCIS or to buy this company? :)

Though I have started only one theread in last three years of my membership, I can't resist a temptation to start one now. From the following article in WSJ the lame duck session now appears certain and it is going to be in this month !!!!!!!!!!!!
The link does not require user ID and passowrd. I am late on sending my e-mails on housing crisis and emplyment based green cards. But I am going to do it right now. I urge all the members to do the same. Though I am not sure whther they will take up HR 5882 or any other relief language, no harm in hoping and praying.

Folks,
I hate to start another thread, but judging by the number of separate threads on I-485 interviews, I thought if it makes better sense to have a common pool where we can ask questions and share experiences on these (supposedly) tense faceoffs. Our lawyers often charge a fat fee to babysit us at these interviews (I'll have to shell out $1000+travel costs for each such trip of my lawyer, a decent bloke otherwise). So it will be nice to know a little bit about these meetings (documents they ask you to bring along, questions they ask, how they behave etc.), that is, if we really need such expensive nannying, or can handle them by ourselves. So, please add your question/experience.

Your friend's wife should be okay. As long as the marriage took place before his I-485 approval he can add his spouse for an AOS or follow to join application even after the approval(within limited time window, of course).
In this case the application was sent before the approval so there should be no problem.

I was reading somwhere that yer supposed to rescind the ITIN number once the spouse starts working on an EAD.
Does anyone know how that is done?

If you have receipt # you can check the status on uscis.gov, you can also call their 1-800 # to check what's going on with this application.

Yes you can travel with H4 to US with your Wifes H1 and then transfer to H1 if its still vaild at the time of transfer.. Note you can also use your existing H1 as well, As per rule an H1 can be in the US for 6 years. if you have spent some time in between outside US that duration will not be counted in the 6 yrs. So calucate your exact number of days spent in US and if it exceds 6yrs then its not possible to use your existing H1. Note: the days spent on H4 will not be counted in 6 yrs but days spent on L1 will be counted.---

If your petition has been physically "Mailed" to the Atlanta Service center . Do they give you a tracking number . Can such cases be viewed online on the website http://www.plc.doleta.gov ? How much time does the Atlanta service center take to acknowledge the reciept of such application ?

how to make the camera rotate around your animation. For example, if i had a block and it just spun in circles or something and i wanted that to be my animation, what if i wanted the camera to circle around that, so that i whould have a spinning block
